Yoga, Meditation, Breathwork
Realigning the body, mind and spirit to the present moment using movement and breathing techniques. This enables deep relaxation, healing and connection to your true self.
We shall explore different types of yoga and meditation so you can see what works best for you. There are active meditations, guided, silent, mantra and breathwork. Yoga postures can be held for long in a relaxed way, or can flow gently from one posture to another.
Sound Healing
All is vibration and energy : atoms, cells and the entire universe vibrate. Specific healing instruments are used such as Tibetan Bowls, chimes, voice, flute etc. These frequencies give deep relaxation, letting the nervous system heal, release trapped emotions, get new insights and solutions for your life direction.
